We require an up-to-date resume that outlines your employment history. We build up an accurate picture of your experience within the workforce so that we can best advise on your next career step.
Once we have reviewed your resume and completed a phone screening, shortlisted candidates are invited into our offices to discuss specific roles or temporary employment.
- Complete some testing including general computer, spelling and depending on the role and your skills, other general tests.
- Have a general induction, and learn how we will support you in your search for employment.
- Complete a registration form and provide identification and personal details required for employment.
- Be interviewed.
- Meet our consulting staff.
