Unbundled fee structure
We are able to make your search easier by offering part service offerings as follows:
- Applicant screening @ $950
- Top 5 candidates @ $950
- Job advertising @ $ 350
- Candidate interviewing@ $250 per candidate
- Position description@ $350
- Reference checking @ $75 per candidate
Temporary fee structure
All temporary staff have been tested, reference checked and interviewed. We comprehensively test for system competency on all relevant packages, spelling, grammar, typing and other skills.
Hourly rate includes:
- all costs involved in the recruitment and payment of temporary staff as follows: superannuation contributions, payroll tax, WorkCover insurance, group tax, pay maintenance, issuing of group certificates and all administration and recruitment costs
- 10% GST applies to all orders and is an additional cost.
Due to the variety of roles that require temporary staffing support, a quote will be provided at the time of order. This will be confirmed in writing via email to you.
Permanent fee structure
We commit to working together to drive quality and cost improvements in our services. Devereux Recruitment has taken a unique approach to being a responsible partner, working with our clients to achieve success for performance. We will never compromise on the quality and delivery of our service and view our association as a business partnership.
A standard based fee is a fee paid on successful placement of candidate upon start date.
A fee percentage applies to total remuneration package and upon successful placement of candidate, the fee is payable within 14 days of employment start date, based on the total remuneration package.
The guarantee period
A guarantee period of 3 months applies, with free replacement available only. Should the client terminate the position of the employee due to redundancy, changing of position (re-structure) or employee promotion, no replacement is required.
If a candidate placed by Devereux Recruitment leaves the client within 12 weeks, we will recruit a replacement for that candidate at no extra cost to you, providing that Devereux Recruitment is given the exclusive opportunity to source a replacement. In the case of replacements, these services are done once only. In order to secure your guarantee, the invoice must be paid within 14 days.
A permanent or temporary candidate presented verbally or in written resume form is deemed to remain a Devereux Recruitment candidate with that client for a period of 12 months after presentation. No charge is made unless a Devereux Recruitment candidate is appointed.
